Northgate Workspace

A 1,200 sqm office fit-out delivered around a live business that never closed.

The challenge

Sixty staff, one floor, and a lease that made relocating for the duration financially impossible. The fit-out had to happen with people working in the building every weekday.

What we did

We split the floor into four zones and moved through them in sequence, hoarding each one to full height with acoustic protection. All demolition and core drilling ran between 6pm and 5am. Staff moved desks four times and never lost a working day.

The result

Finished on the contracted date with zero business interruption. The client has since engaged us for two further sites.
